NSW: Vendor duty shrinks markets and ups rent, says institute=2

A spokesman for NSW Treasurer ANDREW REFSHAUGE says the housing market shows no signs
of slowing in his state.

He says the biggest force facing the real estate market at the moment is increasing
interest rates.
